Riley insisted she wanted to hold Logan in her lap. He was rather squirmy, so it didn't last long, but they both were giggle for a bit.

Logan enjoyed being able to sit up to take a bath. He really enjoyed the water!

Little Boy

Some photos from today of the sweet little boy! He's discovered how much fun it is to roll from his back to front so diaper changing is a challenge. He's getting up on all fours and rocking away and he's getting better and better at sitting. He loves his oatmeal and wants to try anything we are eating. He's a little over 16 pounds. He's a sweet sweet little guy!

Five Months Old!

Here's a couple of fairly recent photos of Logan. I don't have too many with me in them; I'm usually taking the photos. He's a sweet little guy. He giggles a lot and is easy to make laugh. He loves to look at Riley and she can get him to laugh too. He is five months old as of yesterday!

Growing up

Logan had his two month checkup today. His weight is now 11# 11oz and he is 24 3/8 inches long. At birth he was 7# 6oz and a little over 19 inches.

On the move....

Guess who rolled over yesterday..... Logan was lying on his tummy in the middle of our bed and succeeded in flipping himself over, the little stinker! He tries often, but has only been successful once or twice. But i know he'll get better!

Eight weeks old

Eight weeks old today...can't believe it! He's smiling more and starting to coo a little. He's about 10 pounds. He has his 2 month checkup next week and his first immunizations.

He's starting to sleep longer at night, but he's rather inconsistent with that as well as how much he'll eat. But he's a sweetie!

Smile

I got several smiles from Logan today. One really big, awesome one and then several smaller ones. He gave me a big smile a week ago but I wasn't sure if it was a fluke or not. But now I think it was a real smile. The ones today definitely were. He's much more aware of things around him and can engage more with us. He still sleeps quite a bit and is sleeping a bit longer at a stretch at night.
